The highlight of our day, though, was the WMHD Poster Competition we held at the Advanced Centre for Women’s Studies, Aligarh Muslim University. We were thrilled to have a steady stream of students coming throughout the day to demonstrate their artistic and creative abilities and spread the crucial message of mental health awareness. Thanks so much to the Centre for hosting us and all the participants, who came up with some excellent posters and went away understanding more about why kindness and care matter.
