Workshop on Organisational Assessment 14th March 2025, One day workshop on organisational assessment was organized at Amritsar Social Organization. Organizational assessment is a comprehensive evaluation process used to analyze an organization’s performance, effectiveness, and overall health. The goal is to provide insights that can guide decision-making, improve efficiency, and align the organizations activities with its mission and objectives. Hence, the workshop aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall health of their organizations. The session provided a comprehensive overview of various assessment models, tools, and techniques, enabling participants to identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement within their respective organizations.
SWOT practice was also done.
The objectives of the workshop were
* Understand the purpose and benefits of organizational assessment.
* Identify key components of an effective organizational assessment.
* Apply various organizational assessment models and tools.
* Analyze and interpret assessment data.
* Develop action plans based on assessment findings. The moderator of the workshop was Ms. Rejina Shrestha Joshi.
