Dr Juhi Gupta

Dr Juhi Gupta is a distinguished academic and a visionary leader dedicated to women empowerment and social upliftment. With an illustrious academic career spanning both Indian and international universities, she combines her expertise in education with her passion for social change. As the founder of Inclusive Futures Foundation, Dr Gupta leads the organisation’s strategic mission and seeks to ensure it makes sustained and positive contributions to society.

Dr Gupta envisions a world where every underprivileged person has access to education, economic opportunities, and equal rights. She is also committed to influencing policy changes that support the above causes, leveraging her academic and professional networks to advocate for sustainable solutions. Through her tireless efforts, Dr Gupta continues to pave the way for a brighter future for the underprivileged and marginalized communities around the world and inspire us all to committed service.

Ms Gauri Gupta

Ms. Gauri Gupta is a dynamic and passionate social worker whose dedication to her community is matched by her commitment to her family. Balancing her roles as a devoted mother of two, a successful businesswoman, and a relentless advocate for social causes, Ms. Gupta embodies the essence of resilience and compassion. The entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision that motivate her commitment to IFF have driven the growth and success of her business ventures too.

Ms. Gupta’s work in social concern and wellbeing was inspired by a deep-seated desire to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate. She has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the underprivileged on behalf of the Foundation. Ms. Gauri Gupta aspires to contributing to building a society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Rajni Gupta

Ms Rajni Gupta

Rajni Gupta’s journey from humble beginnings to becoming a Trustee of a prominent NGO is both inspiring and transformative. Born and married in a small village, Rajni’s early life was marked by hardship. However, her unwavering determination and vision led her to motivate her husband to relocate to a city, seeking better opportunities for their family.

In the urban setting, Rajni embraced her role as a devoted mother, all the while immersing herself in social work. Her passion for social work is based on her philosophy of contributing to society through ‘Seva’ (service without reward), and charity particularly in areas that impact the community at large. Through tireless efforts and a profound commitment to social justice, Rajni has become a leading figure known for her impactful work in community development. Today, she stands as a beacon of hope and resilience, guiding her NGO's mission to foster positive change and improve lives.

Dr Andrew Davies
(President, UK and Europe)

Dr Andrew Davies is an experienced senior academic leader with wide international teaching and research experience. He has lectured and presented at academic conferences in more than a dozen countries and overseen and managed million-pound projects in collaboration with major international businesses. He also has over 30 years experience of working in faith communities, including in challenging and deprived urban environments. Dr Davies’s academic expertise is focused on the power of religion and other value systems in inspiring people to make a difference in the world, particularly in taking up roles in public life and in socially responsible leadership.

Dr Davies believes that opportunity and aspiration should be everyone’s birthright – that we all have talents and skills which we can leverage to make a difference in the world – and seeks to help all those he works with maximise their influence.

Aijaz Ahmed

Aijaz Ahmed is a research scholar at the Advanced Centre for Women’s Studies, Aligarh Muslim University. He received a Master’s degree in women’s studies from the Advanced Centre for Women’s Studies, AMU. He has regularly presented papers at international and national conferences. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Advanced Centre for Women’s Studies, AMU. His current research is focused on content analysis in Newspapers. He is interested in women’s rights and gender-based violence.

Ishrat Batoola Naik

Ishrat Batoola Naik is a research scholar at the Advanced Centre for Women’s Studies, Aligarh Muslim University. She received a Master’s and MPhil degree in women’s studies from MANUU Hyderabad. She has regularly presented papers at international and national conferences. She teaches undergraduate students at the Advanced Centre for Women’s Studies, AMU. Her current research is focused on Maternal healthcare services in different public and private hospitals. She is interested in gender studies and women’s healthcare services.
