The Inclusive Futures Foundation, in collaboration with BPW Thimi Chapter, successfully organized a Cyber Security Awareness Training at Oner Jyoti School, Nepal, on 3rd November 2025. The programme aimed to equip students with essential knowledge and practical tips on staying safe and responsible in the digital space.

More than 60 students from classes 8 to 10 enthusiastically participated in the session. The training covered vital topics such as safe internet practices, cyberbullying, digital footprints, password protection, and responsible social media use. Interactive discussions and real-life examples helped students understand the potential risks and preventive measures in the online world.

Representatives from both the Inclusive Futures Foundation and BPW Thimi Chapter highlighted the growing importance of digital literacy and cyber ethics, especially among young learners. The programme encouraged students to be vigilant and proactive in maintaining digital safety, both for themselves and their peers.

The session concluded with a question–answer round, where students actively shared their experiences and concerns. Certificates of participation were distributed, and the school administration expressed appreciation for this timely and informative initiative.

Overall, the event was highly engaging and impactful, fostering awareness and responsibility among the students toward building a safer digital environment. Special thanks to our resource person Mona Nyachiyo Gooaju.
